Pork & beef interest list

We’re raising Berkshire-cross pigs and Charolais cattle on our pasture. We expect our first pork in spring 2027 and our first beef in summer 2027. Nothing is for sale yet, and we’ll share details (cuts, quantities and how it works) with the interest list first.

Joining the list is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. It just means you’ll hear first.

Before you write: quick answers

  • Is the egg stand open now? Monday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–9 PM. Closed Sunday. → Egg Stand
  • Do I need to call before coming to the stand? No. For larger quantities, a call or text helps.
  • Can we visit the farm? The stand is always welcome during hours. The farm is our home, so please reach out first for anything beyond the stand.
  • When will the orchard have fruit? Not yet. Join the First Peaches waitlist. → Porter Peaches

Stay in the loop

The Prairie Post is our free weekly letter from the farm: what’s at the stand, orchard updates, and first word on pork and beef.
